Is Jetlag an Issue For You? Here's How to Eliminate it For Good!

We recently travelled to Europe on a one month's vacation and for the first time in 20 years I did not suffer any jetlag (I normally suffer for at least 2 weeks with jetlag).

After travelling 8 hours to Singapore and then 13 hours to the UK I slept soundly that evening and woke the following day with no signs of fatigue, drowsiness, nausea, etc. The rest of the week was perfect too. It was quite a strange feeling especially when I have always suffered severe jetlag everytime I travel on a longhaul international flight.

Now, I'll share with you my secret of how you too can avoid the dreaded jetlag:

Order yourself some LifeWave 'Y-Age' and 'Energy Enhancer' patches. (If you don't know where to purchase them please click the link at the bottom of this blog).

Before you take off take out 2 LifeWave Glutathione patches from the packet. Apply one on acupuncture point CV17 (located right in the middle of your chest, on the breast bone) and apply the second one on acupuncture point CV6 (located exactly four of your fingerwidths below your belly button).

Then open the packet of LifeWave Energy Enhancer patches and take out one pair. Apply the white patch to the right side of your upper chest, on acupuncture point LU1 and apply the tan patch to the left side of your upper chest on the same point - LU1. These two patches should mirror each other on your chest. White on right and tan on left.

Make sure you drink plenty of water before, during and after the flight. When we say 'Water' we do not mean juice, coffee, tea, alcohol, ice, etc. The best way to ensure you maintain your hydration while you fly is to buy bottled water. It's best to do this after you pass through customs (because you can not carry over 100mls of water through customs). Depending on your flight time you will want to ensure you have at least 500ml for every 2 hours flying - minimum. For my 13 hour flight I bought 3-4 600ml bottles. This saved me from harrassing the flight attendants every 5 minutes, because they only offer you tiny cups of water which don't last very long, plus if you have a bottle you can store in front of you in your storage compartment.

In addition:

If you're on a long haul flight try to get plenty of rest. This does not mean you must fall asleep. If you can sleep this would be good, but simply closing your eyes and relaxing will help your body to recover quicker.
